Tails of Hope Cat Rescue of Eastern PA is a group of experienced dog and cat rescue volunteers based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, who saw a need and decided to fill it, officially launching in early 2026. The adoption fee is $100 for cats and $150 for kittens, which includes spay/neuter surgery, rabies and distemper vaccines, deworming and flea treatment, FeLV/FIV testing, and microchipping. Adoption fees are subject to change. Anyone with additional questions about fostering, adopting, or volunteering is encouraged to reach out by email.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license or state ID stating their current address. Applicants must have the knowledge and consent of a landlord, if relevant. Applicants must demonstrate the ability and willingness to provide proper medical care, adequate nutrition, and necessary support for a pet.
