Actually Rescuing Cats (ARC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on advocacy, Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), and rescue work in upstate South Carolina, with fosters and volunteers active in Anderson, Greenville, and Spartanburg counties. ARC's volunteers dedicate many hours to caring for cats, conducting TNR, transporting cats to veterinary appointments for medical care and spay and neuter surgery, and finding foster and loving permanent homes for cats in need.
