Sunset Felines

Sunset Felines is a small nonprofit organization based in West Columbia, South Carolina, dedicated to caring for managed feral cat colonies as well as elderly and chronically ill street cats living at its sanctuary. The organization's journey began in 2001 with Frankie Johnson and Dale Gause's desire to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable community cats, and it has since grown into a mission focused on providing love, care, and advocacy for feral and street cats in need. All cats under Sunset Felines' care are spayed or neutered, and the organization is committed to educating the public on the importance of Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) to help manage the community cat population.
