South Dakota West River Spay-neutercoalition

Formed in 2005, South Dakota West River Spay/Neuter Coalition is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to alleviating animal suffering caused by pet overpopulation throughout the Black Hills and West River region. The organization sponsors low-cost spay and neuter clinics and provides discount vouchers specifically for feral cat caretakers and low-income clients. By partnering with local veterinarians, they work to reduce shelter intake and euthanasia rates across South Dakota.
