Established in June 2007, Almost Home Pet Foundation serves the pets and families of Rhea County and surrounding rural areas in Tennessee, having assisted over 7,000 cats and dogs. Its primary mission is providing low-cost spay and neuter assistance to help ensure every pet born is wanted and to foster responsible pet ownership.
