Established in 2002 and located in Blountville, Tennessee, The Bridge Home No Kill Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing compassionate care to homeless and owner-surrendered cats and dogs. Operating from its facility built in 2015, the rescue cares for over 150 animals at any given time while working to find them permanent, loving homes.

Requirements

Online adoption application, employment or financial verification, and proof that current household pets are up-to-date on vaccinations before visiting for a meet and greet.

How it works

Interested adopters can view adoptable pets online or attend adoption events, submit an online adoption application, and email contact@bridgehome.org with the pet's details to check eligibility and schedule a meet and greet.

Surrendering a cat

The organization accepts owner-surrendered cats and dogs on a case-by-case basis as space permits by appointment only. Cats must be current on rabies and distemper vaccines and test negative for feline leukemia. A $100 intake fee applies per animal, plus $15 for any additional required vaccines administered upon intake.
