Founded in 1997, Cheatham County Animal Awareness Foundation (Cheatham County Paws) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to controlling pet overpopulation and supporting companion animal welfare in Cheatham County, Tennessee. The foundation provides low-cost spay and neuter assistance, operates community cat TNR support, and partners with Cheatham County Animal Control to fund medical care, facility renovations, and supplies for adoptable dogs and cats.
