Feline Rescue and No Kill (FRANK) is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit no-kill cat rescue operated by a dedicated foster network. Its mission is to find loving forever homes for abandoned, abused, neglected, and surrendered cats throughout the Tri-Cities region of Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
