Stewart County Animal Management Program Incorporated

Founded in 2004, the Stewart County Animal Management Program (SCAMP) promotes animal welfare by providing a low-cost spay and neuter program alongside humane education for the community. Dedicated to reducing the number of unwanted animals, SCAMP serves low-income residents and pet owners throughout Stewart County, Tennessee. To date, the organization has assisted in altering thousands of local dogs and cats.
