Belinda's House of Cats, part of the Humane Society of Odessa, is a no-kill shelter in Odessa, Texas dedicated to rescuing and rehoming abandoned and neglected animals. They provide shelter, medical care, and support to help animals find their forever homes, funded in large part by donations. All pets adopted from the shelter are required to be spayed/neutered and vaccinated, and for adopters who can't visit during standard business hours, after-hours meet-and-greet appointments can be arranged.
