Cat Whisper Rescue Corporation was founded in 2022 by Haifa Abdullah in Houston, Texas, motivated by her love for animals and belief in the value of life. The organization is devoted to rescuing and rehabilitating stray and abandoned cats, giving injured, sick, and abandoned cats the second chance others often pass by. Through rehabilitation, no-kill adoption services, and proactive trap-neuter-return (TNR) efforts in the community, they work to honor the inherent value of every feline life.
