East Texas Animal Outreach & Rescue Inc (East Texas Animal Rescue) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by Scott and Christina Russell to provide care, comfort, and compassion to animals in need. Serving East Texas communities, particularly Rusk County and surrounding areas, the rescue works to rehabilitate malnourished, neglected, and stray dogs and cats and place them into permanent homes.
