Fix West Texas is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for pets and people across West Texas. Operating primarily through a network of volunteer foster homes and community clinics, they provide affordable spay/neuter services, preventative veterinary care, and adoption programs for cats and dogs. $100 for kittens under 6 months; $50 for adult cats
Applicants must complete an online application/questionnaire. If an adopted pet does not work out, adopters are contractually required to foster the pet until a foster home placement is made or the pet is re-adopted.
Submit an online adoption application by clicking on the pet of your choice. Once reviewed, the team schedules a meet-and-greet. To finalize adoption, applicants complete a link sent via text to pay the fee, sign the adoption contract, and receive medical records.
