Lucky Penny Rox Rescue is a volunteer-run animal rescue organization based in the greater Houston area dedicated to rehabilitating and rehoming homeless pets into loving forever families. The rescue provides medical care, socialization, and foster-based rehabilitation to ensure animals never face abandonment or neglect again. They facilitate both local adoptions with trial sleepover periods and out-of-state adoptions across the United States.
$125 for cats, $175 for dogs (in-state); $500 (out-of-state)
Approved adoption application, home check (in-person or video tour), agreement to return the animal to the rescue if life situations change, and adoption fees paid in full (no payment plans).
Adopters submit an online application, complete a home check (or video tour for out-of-state), attend a meet and greet, and can complete an optional 7-day sleepover trial before signing the adoption contract and paying the fee.
If for any reason an adopter's situation changes at any time after adoption (from 1 month to 10 years), Lucky Penny Rox Rescue will gladly take the animal back into their care.
