Founded in 2014, Pal-pet Alive Laredo (PAL) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit volunteer organization dedicated to helping dogs and cats out of Laredo's high-kill municipal shelter. As a partner of Best Friends Animal Society, they provide neutering support and sponsor transport costs to relocate shelter pets to rescue groups throughout Texas, the United States, and Canada.
