Founded in 2017 in Dyersburg, Tennessee, Paws to Care is a grassroots, volunteer-run animal rescue organization dedicated to helping homeless and helpless animals. Rather than operating as a traditional shelter, the group serves as a community resource providing pet adoptions, foster care, spay/neuter services, feral cat TNR, medical assistance, and rescue transports.
