Paws4Nac is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the Nacogdoches Animal Shelter and advancing animal welfare across Nacogdoches County, Texas. The organization raises funds to place shelter cats and dogs through foster networks, rescues, and transport partnerships while supporting community pet owners. In addition, Paws4Nac funds affordable spay and neuter services and feral cat Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs to reduce overpopulation and shelter intake.
Community members who find stray or lost pets can utilize the Friendly-Finder Program to temporarily foster them while searching for owners or awaiting scheduled shelter intake at the Nacogdoches Animal Shelter.
