Purr-fect Haven Inc, also known as HART (Haven Animal Rescue of Texas), is a volunteer-powered rescue based in Adkins, Texas, dedicated to dogs and cats alike. Their belief is simple: every animal deserves to feel safe, loved, and valued, and the team works across the full journey, from pulling animals out of hard situations to helping families keep the pets they already love. Their mission is to connect loving animals with loving homes, whether adopters are local or across the country.
