Saginaw Animal Services and Adoption Center is dedicated to caring for stray and abandoned animals in Saginaw and Blue Mound, Texas. The shelter offers cat and dog adoptions, pet licensing, microchipping, vaccination clinics, and pet registration/TNVR support. Equipped with 12 cat condos and a dedicated cat quarantine building, the facility works diligently to protect companion animals and place them into loving homes.

Hours Effective September 1, 2025: Shelter / Adoption Center open Monday–Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch Monday–Thursday); closed Saturdays and major holidays.
Areas served Saginaw and Blue Mound, TX (must pay a water bill to City of Saginaw or Blue Mound)
