Shelby Shelter Inc. is a 501(c)(3) foster-based rescue dedicated to saving homeless and abandoned dogs and cats from euthanasia in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and Los Angeles County. Operating without a physical kennel facility, the rescue places animals in loving foster homes where they receive comprehensive medical care, spay/neuter surgeries, and vaccinations. They also advocate for non-lethal population control and provide lifetime behavioral and training support for adopted pets.
