Time is Precious Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) boots-on-the-ground nonprofit based in Batson, Texas, serving underserved communities across rural Southeast Texas. Founded to ease animal suffering and reduce overpopulation, the rescue provides compassionate foster-based care, rescue advocacy, and a community Spay/Neuter Transport Program in partnership with the SPCA of Polk County.

Requirements

Adopters must be at least 18 years old, present a valid photo ID, and agree to the terms of the adoption contract.

How it works

Adopters submit an application, participate in a phone interview once approved, schedule meet and greets, finalize contracts, and take the pet home under a mandatory one-week foster-to-adopt commitment.
