Color Country Animal Welfare (CCAW) is a nonprofit animal resource center dedicated to reducing the number of homeless dogs and cats in the Wayne County, Utah region. Located near Capitol Reef National Park in Torrey, CCAW provides feline adoption, foster placement, owner surrender services, working cat placement, and TNVR assistance.
All animals are spayed/neutered and vaccinated prior to adoption, or adopters receive veterinary vouchers if the animal is too young to be altered at the time of adoption.
Prospective adopters can submit an adoption inquiry or complete a Shelterluv adoption application for a cat. CCAW works to seek permanent homes for rescued animals, ensuring they are fixed and vaccinated prior to adoption or provided with spay/neuter vouchers if too young.
CCAW offers owner surrender and rehoming services for cats and dogs, accessible via an owner surrender inquiry on their website.
