Billy the Kidden Rescue is a foster-based cat rescue dedicated to improving the lives of displaced felines and reducing feral cat populations across Hampton Roads, Virginia. Founded in 2013, the organization focuses on extensive Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) initiatives, neonatal kitten socialization, and placing rescued cats into forever homes.
Applicants must be ready for a lifelong commitment, complete an adoption application, pass review/approval, complete a meet and greet, and sign an Adoption Contract including a Vaccination and Spay/Neuter Promissory.
1. Find a cat or kitten you are interested in and complete the Adoption Application. 2. Upon review and approval, schedule a meet and greet. 3. Sign the Adoption Contract along with the Vaccination and Spay/Neuter Promissory. 4. Complete final contract review and submit payment via Cash or PayPal.
The rescue receives owner surrender and stray intake requests daily, taking in friendly pregnant strays, kittens in distress, and cats needing emergency veterinary care as foster capacity allows.
