ARRF Animal Rescue is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization dedicated to the care and welfare of companion animals in Upper Kittitas County, Washington. Operating primarily through a network of foster homes, they rescue, foster, and rehome cats and dogs while providing vital community support such as spay/neuter vouchers, pet food assistance, and low-cost clinics. All adoptable cats are cared for in home environments until they find permanent, loving families.

All adoptable pets are placed in foster care and viewed by appointment only. Prospective adopters must fill out a cat adoption application, pay an adoption fee, and undergo a home check prior to placement.
ARRF is a private shelter and only accepts animals surrendered directly from Animal Control and law enforcement.
