Founded in 2013 by Vivian Goldbloom, Emerald City Pet Rescue is a non-profit animal rescue organization based in Seattle, Washington. They are dedicated to rescuing abused, neglected, and homeless companion animals from high-volume shelters nationwide and rehabilitating them to find permanent homes.
