Catkins Animal Rescue Inc is a volunteer-powered, no-kill nonprofit rescue dedicated to helping companion animals in need across the Northwoods region of Wisconsin. They provide housing, rehabilitation, socialization, and adoption services for cats, kittens, and dogs. As the only animal rescue in Price County, they also assist animals from local animal control facilities and neighboring humane societies.
Kittens under 6 months: $100; Cats over 6 months: $75; Senior cats over 9 years: $35
All cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations prior to heading home. Applicants must supply a valid phone number or email address on their adoption application.
Prospective adopters can view available animals online and complete a Cat Adoption Form via Shelterluv. Submissions are emailed to staff, who process applications and contact applicants using their provided email or phone number to schedule an appointment.
The organization assists animals from families that can no longer care for them, as well as transfers from local animal control facilities and neighboring humane societies.
