Milagro Senior Pet Refuge is a Phoenix, Arizona nonprofit founded in 1998 and recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3 charity in 2004. The organization focuses specifically on rescuing abandoned senior pets in damaged or fragile health, animals who, through no fault of their own, often end up with an uncertain future later in life. Rather than housing pets in a shelter-type facility, Milagro places its seniors with a network of caring, pre-approved guardians who provide peaceful, loving home environments where they're treated with the love and dignity they deserve for whatever time they have left. Milagro relies on donations to support the ongoing medical and daily care its senior pets need.
