Animal Rescue Volunteers (ARV), is a non-profit dog rescue group based in Simi Valley, CA. Dedicated to the welfare of abandoned and abused animals. ARV does not maintain a shelter. All rescue animals are in foster homes. Animal Rescue Volunteers (ARV), Inc. is a non-profit organization that began in 1994. We are volunteers who love animals and wish to make a difference. ARV is a well respected, long-standing organization that provides this service to the Simi Valley Community as well as the larger Ventura and Los Angeles County areas.
