F.A.C.T. (Feline Advocates Coming Together) was formed in 2010 and is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We started out raising awareness and educating the community about animal cruelty. In holding tabling events, we found there was a desperate need for help with stray cats, so in 2011, we became a foster-based rescue.
