Founded by Lisa Tatsuko Prince, HeARTs Speak is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that unites art and advocacy to increase the visibility of shelter pets, including cats and dogs. Through programs like Artists Helping Animals, the Perfect Exposure Project (PEP), and the Marketing Resource Center, they provide professional photography, creative tools, and marketing education to help animal welfare organizations connect shelter pets with adoptive families.
