Toby Project Inc

The Toby Project is a New York City-based nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing shelter populations and euthanasia through targeted, free, and low-cost spay/neuter initiatives for dogs and cats. Through mobile clinics and dedicated feral cat services, they provide essential sterilization surgeries to help prevent pet overpopulation across the community. Their efforts also engage Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) certified volunteers to care for community and feral cat colonies.
