Bailey's Human Rescue, Incorporated (BHR) is a volunteer-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to reducing animal suffering and overpopulation in North Carolina. They proudly established the first Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) program for community cats in Johnston County and continue their TNVR work across Harnett and nearby areas. In addition to community cat colony management, they rescue and rehome cats and dogs to find them permanent homes.
Bailey's Human Rescue rescues cats and dogs from homelessness, neglect, and abuse and works to place them into permanent homes.
