Fluff Responders Animal Rescue Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, volunteer-run rescue founded by first responders and friends in North Carolina. Operating without a physical facility, the organization places cats and kittens into foster homes where they receive veterinary care, spay/neuter services, vaccinations, and socialization prior to adoption. They also conduct trap-neuter-vaccinate-return (TNVR) programs for community cats and offer support for neonatal kitten care.
Cats and kittens are cared for and socialized in volunteer foster homes until they are medically cleared and ready to be matched with forever families.
