Established in January 2023, Kora's Rescue Ranch is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, foster-based animal rescue located in central North Carolina. Dedicated to reducing unnecessary shelter euthanasia, the organization rescues both dogs and cats from high-intake shelters and owner situations, placing them in loving foster homes and partner adoption centers. They provide comprehensive veterinary care, community education, and adoption opportunities to help animals find forever families.
$100–$125 for cats, $250–$300 for dogs
Approved adoption application prior to scheduling meet-and-greets; foster-to-adopt options are also available for approved adopters.
Submit an online adoption application, which is reviewed by the team within 24–48 hours. Once approved, a meet-and-greet is arranged to ensure a great match before paperwork and adoption are finalized.
Owner surrenders are accepted on a case-by-case basis when foster home space and medical resources allow.
