Virtual adoption suggested sponsorship: $35/month for cats
Nichelem Animal Sanctuary operates primarily as a lifelong sanctuary offering a Virtual Adoption program: supporters choose an animal from their photo page or social media, select a recurring monthly donation (suggested $35/month for cats), and provide the chosen animal's name and contact details in the donation description to receive ongoing updates, photos, and stories.
Virtual Adopt allows supporters to help care for a specific sanctuary resident through a monthly donation without physical ownership. In return, sponsors receive the animal's personal story alongside frequent updates, photos, and videos detailing their progress.
The suggested monthly sponsorship donation for virtually adopting a cat is $35 per month, though any monthly donation amount is welcomed and can be cancelled at any time.
The sanctuary provides lifelong care to cats, dogs, donkeys, horses, and miniature horses, specifically focusing on animals that are abused, disabled, senior, or at risk of euthanasia.
