Tails of Hope

Tails of Hope is a small, 501(c)(3) foster-based cat rescue located in Surrey, North Dakota, dedicated to saving animals in need with a primary focus on community and colony cats. Through trap, transfer, and veterinary care, they work collaboratively with the community to rehabilitate cats and secure permanent homes. They proudly serve Surrey, Minot, Burlington, and the surrounding areas.
