Cat Utopia is a Non Profit Organization dedicated to reducing the numbers of unwanted felines in Eastern Oregon through Spay/Neuter, Adoption, and Education. Our organization focuses on stray and abandoned animals that are in the greatest need. The animals are altered, socialized, medically treated for injuries or illness, and adopted or re-released if feral. Our goal is for all cats to have safe loving homes where they are fed and cared for.

Most adoptions are finalized before cats arrive at their Petco adoption location; complete an application (can sometimes be done verbally) and they call for an interview.
$90 for an adult cat and $115 for a kitten, which covers spay/neuter, two FVRCP shots, and deworming.
