Tri-cities TNR Trap Neuter Return

Tri-cities TNR Trap Neuter Return, known as POPP, maintains a foster and adoption program in Kennewick, Washington for abandoned or homeless pets, including animals that have been surrendered, abandoned, or are victims of abuse, neglect, or pet overpopulation. Rescued animals are placed in loving foster homes with volunteers, receiving veterinary care including vaccination, spay or neuter, and microchipping, until they are adopted into a forever home. Adoption fees are $50 for senior cats, $100 for adult cats, and $125 for kittens, and adopters must be at least 21 years old. Interested adopters can email to arrange a meeting or visit adoption events at PetSmart, and can apply online through the feline adoption questionnaire.
