Owners must submit a detailed surrender form prior to intake due to limited kennel space, allowing 7-10 days for review. Cats must have proof of spay/neuter and vaccines to be considered. Animals originally adopted from Blue Chip must be returned to the shelter via the return form if they can no longer be cared for.
