Founded in 2015, Noah's Ark Rescue Project and Sanctuary (NARPS) is a volunteer-operated 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue and sanctuary based in Glenmoore, Pennsylvania. Serving southeastern Pennsylvania across Berks and Chester Counties, the foster-based organization rescues, rehabilitates, and rehomes animals of all species in need from shelters, auctions, and owner surrenders.
