Oakland TNR Coalition is a 100% volunteer-run, grassroots 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, dedicated to improving the lives of cats in the Oakland neighborhood and surrounding communities through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), rescue, rehabilitation, adoption, and education. Founded in 2019 by a small group of passionate volunteers, the coalition continues to support sustainable solutions for feral cats living outdoors and the people who care for them. Because of the time, care, and vetting put into each cat, adoption fees are $110 for one cat over 1 year old or $200 for two, and $140 for one cat under 1 year old or $260 for two.
