Whisker Protection Program

Whisker Protection Program (WPP) is a foster-based, volunteer-run rescue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, dedicated to the cats no one else is looking for. Co-founder Rebecca has rescued alongside co-founder Nate since day one, starting with volunteer work at the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) in 2009 and continuing through more than a decade of hands-on foster and community cat care. She now leads WPP's public presence, including brand partnerships, social media, community outreach, and the organization's finances as Treasurer.
