Formed in 2001 and granted 501(c)(3) status in 2002, Friends of the Scituate Animal Shelter is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to improving the lives of animals at the Scituate Animal Shelter. They support medical care, socialization for cats and dogs, building improvements, and adoption screening to help place pets into loving homes.
