Founded in 2010 by Diana Riglet and Teresa Bryant, Foster PAWS Rescue is a 100% volunteer-run, 501(c)(3) cat-only rescue based in the Upstate of South Carolina. Operating without a physical shelter facility, the organization relies on a network of foster homes and PetSmart partner adoption centers to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome homeless cats and kittens.
