West Texas Whiskers and Tails Animal Sanctuary is based in Midland, Texas, with a mission to save animal lives by reducing pet overpopulation through accessible spay/neuter services, rescue, foster care, adoption, and education. The sanctuary exists to rescue animals that are abused, neglected, homeless, or at risk of euthanasia at area shelters. Their $100 adoption fee covers spay/neuter, age-appropriate core vaccinations, a registered microchip, and deworming/flea and tick prevention. Adopters are welcome to meet available pets at their adoption events, and the sanctuary also accepts owner surrenders and donations, and offers a foster program.
