Lifeline R&r

LiFELINE R&R (Resource & Rescue) is a non-profit organization based in Richmond, Virginia, dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming cats and kittens in need. Operating through a volunteer foster network, they provide compassionate care and a safe haven for displaced, abandoned, or crisis-affected felines while working toward permanent adoption or reunion. They also actively support community animal welfare through trap-neuter-return (TNR) initiatives across the RVA area.
