Flip's Island Rescue and Sanctuary is a foster-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned cats and dogs throughout the greater Seattle area. Operating through a volunteer foster network, they provide medical care, rehabilitation, and loving temporary homes until each animal finds their permanent family.
