Painted Rain Ranch

Painted Rain Ranch Animal Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit forever-home sanctuary located on 30 acres in Elk, Washington, dedicated to saving elderly, abandoned, and special-needs companion animals including cats. Unlike traditional shelters, they provide permanent lifetime sanctuary and medical care for overlooked pets with conditions like stomatitis and blindness, rather than adopting them out. They also actively support feline welfare through an established community Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) spay/neuter program that has served hundreds of cats.
