The POUNCE Alliance is a 501(c)(3) feline-focused, foster-based rescue dedicated to improving the lives of free-roaming community cats in the Spokane, Washington area. They work to control feline overpopulation through community education, veterinary spay/neuter initiatives, and Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs. Friendly, healthy cats and kittens are also taken into foster care for adoption when space allows.
Friendly, healthy cats and kittens may be eligible for the adoption program if space allows. The rescue does not euthanize stray, healthy, unidentified cats when the adoption program is full.
