A Little TLC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit cat rescue and foster network based in Martinsburg, West Virginia, serving the Eastern Panhandle. Dedicated to rescuing homeless street cats, the organization provides rehabilitation, comprehensive vetting, spay/neuter services, and adoptive placements into loving homes.
Adoption fees can be paid online via PayPal or in cash at the time of adoption.
Submit an application and obtain approval before scheduling a meet and greet. A meet and greet does not guarantee adoption, and the rescue does not hold animals. Foster-to-adopt participants must provide transportation to scheduled spay/neuter appointments.
1. Submit an online adoption application via PetEstablished. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-matched basis. 2. Once approved, coordinate with the foster caregiver to arrange an in-person or virtual meet-and-greet within 24–48 hours. 3. Sign the adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee via PayPal or cash (or opt for a foster-to-adopt agreement if the cat's vetting is still in progress). 4. Schedule a pickup time to bring your new cat home.
